The view from our room was breathtaking. Food was plentiful. The Maitre'd was friendly and charming. Our Waitress Louisa was exceptional, friendly and very helpful.

The staff were the best and made us feel extremely welcome. Food was exceptionally good.

We loved the staff and how helpful and kind they were. The nightly special music and cocktail bar were amazing.

We would have liked a fan for our room.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt like valued guests rather than just customers. For this, we extend our sincere appreciation. The entire staff, including those responsible for room cleaning, room service, pool maintenance, breakfast service, and reception, were consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their positive attitudes and warm greetings contributed greatly to our overall experience. We were impressed with the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel, including our spacious room with balcony, the pool area, and other facilities. The room's modern decor, powerful air conditioning, ample lighting, and convenient USB charging ports were particularly noteworthy. The spacious balcony and the breathtaking panoramic sea view were exceptional. The large and well-maintained pool on the 8th floor offered stunning views that added to the enjoyment of our stay. The breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious food options, including a tempting selection of desserts. The hotel's location was convenient, with the town center easily accessible by a short walk, bus, or taxi. Larger pool was close unexpectedly without warning. Air conditioning only worked on low power for non-peak time

Fabulous view. Great sized rooms. Very nice breakfast. The walk to/from town isn’t perfect but not too bad.

The friendliness and very accommodating vibes from the staff.

The shower, it wets the floor really bad. We always have to put towels. The blockade to prevent the water from flowing on the floor doesn’t seem to help at all.

Breakfast was amazing and the main guy is such a sweetheart, knows everyone by name and room number and constantly checking in to make sure you're happy. Pool is excellent with bar snacks and drinks. Overall a stunning stay

The view from our room was stunning but being on the road was quite loud. We had also been placed in between two incredibly loud rooms of guests so maybe bring ear plugs!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! When we arrived and came out of the lift to reception, the view from the terrace over Sorrento is just stunning. My friend almost started crying she was so blown away! The rooftop pool and pool bar are also lovely with the same amazing views and was never crowded or too busy even in the middle of summer. Breakfast was fantastic with great views again and the loveliest guy who managed the restaurant and was always on hand to get us whatever we wanted as well as vegan options for my friend. The room was lovely - best view from the large balcony! For the price of some of the places in Sorrento, considering the view we had, this place was pretty good value. Highly recommended!

It's a bit of a walk uphill - 15/20 minutes - from the centre of town, but this didn't bother us at all.
